PREPARATION

Manuscripts should be written in English and preferrably using the LaTeX style provided here:

On acceptance of the paper, authors will be asked to send file(s) by e-mail to the Editorial Office.

All papers should include:

• Basic information Authors should include the title of the article, running head less than 60 characters, author's name (no degrees), author's affiliation, e-mail addresses and mailing address(es).
• Abstract The manuscript must be accompanied by a brief abstract, no longer than 100-150 words. It should make minimal use of mathematical symbols and displayed formulae.
• Keywords List of 4-5 key words must be given. When choosing consider search engine optimization to make your article more visible once published.
• Subject Classification Mathematics Subject Classification (2010) with primary (and secondary) subject classification codes
• Figures should be prepared in a digital form suitable for direct reproduction, grey scale only, preferably at resolution of 300 dpi or higher, sized to fit a journal page, and in EPS, TIFF or JPEG format. Figures should have a short descriptive title and should be numbered consecutively in order of appearance in the text. The position of each figure in the text should be indicated.
• Tables should have a short descriptive title and should be numbered consecutively in order of appearance in the text.
• Each page of the manuscript should be numbered.
• Bibliographic references should be listed alphabetically and in numerical order at the end of the article, each numbered by an Arabic number between square brackets. The following information should be provided for references to journals: names of authors, full title of the article, abbreviated name of the journal, volume, year of publication, and range of page numbers. For standard abbreviations of journal names, the authors should consult the latest Abbreviations of Names and Serials reviewed in Mathematical Reviews.

Ethical guidelines for authors

• The manuscript should be submitted to one journal only.
• The manuscript should be an entirely original work, written by authors, not been published previously, unless the work is an expansion of previous work.
• Single research should not be splitted into several parts to increase the number of submissions.
• Conclusions and data should be accurately presented, not fabricated or falsly interpreted.
• No text, data or theories should be falsly presented as author's own.
• Use of others work should be properly acknowledged. For copyrighted material rights should be ensured.
• Authors are obliged to immediately report any errors found in their work.
• Only author who have significatly contirbuted to the scientific work should be share responsibilty and accountability for the results. Authors are strongly advised to provide correct author group and order of authors. Changes in authorship can only be made before the manuscript has been accepted and only if approved by the journal editor(s) upon written request with detailed explanation for asking the change. Also further documentation may be required.

SUBMISSION

Manuscripts should be submitted electronically in Adobe Acrobat PDF format to the Editorial Office through the provided web interface.

The author who submitted the article for publication will be denoted as a corresponding author. He/She manages all communication and correspondence regarding the article. Authors should indicate a member of the Editorial Board whom they consider appropriate for the article.

In order to facilitate refereeing, copies of those papers (whether by the author or someone else) which are essential and referred to in the manuscript but are not conveniently accessible, should be enclosed.

AFTER SUBMISSION

Peer review

Element journals maintain the highest standards of peer review while increasing the efficiency of the process. All research articles published in an Element journals undergo full peer review, key characteristics of which are listed below.

• All research articles submitted will be fully peer reviewed by appropriately qualified experts in the field in single blind process.
• All publication decisions are made by the journals’ Editors-in-Chief on the basis of the reviews provided.
• Members of the international Editorial Boards lend insight, advice and guidance to the Editors-in-Chief generally and to assist decision making on specific submissions.
• Managing Editors and Associate Editors provide the administrative support that allows Element journals to maintain the integrity of peer review while delivering rapid turnaround and maximum efficiency to authors, reviewers and editors alike.
• Element journals additionally benefit through the manuscript referral process from the high quality peer review conducted by established journals.
• Articles must contain original research from all areas of pure and applied mathematics, provided they are concerned related fields. Journals will also periodically publish invited survey articles. Only articles written in the English language and in a lucid, expository style will be considered for publication.

Peer review of submissions: Articles submitted to Element journals will be fully peer reviewed by at least two appropriately qualified experts in the field. The Editor-in-Chief and a designated member of the Editorial Board will then decide whether to accept, reject or request revisions based on the reviews and comments received. Editors will decide whether each submission reports well-conducted research with conclusions supported by the data presented in the paper.

Peer review of referred papers: Editors of Element journals will decide promptly whether to accept, reject, or request revisions of referred papers based on the reviews and editorial insight of the supporting journals. In addition, Editors will have the option of seeking additional reviews when needed. Authors will be advised when Editors decide further review is needed.

Track your submission

The system you use to track your submission will be the same system to which you submitted. Use the reference number you received after submission to track your submission in any correspondence or simply check the status of your submission by logging in to ele-math.com website and checking My Submissions.

AFTER ACCEPTANCE

Proofs

The purpose of the proof is to check for typesetting or conversion errors and the completeness and accuracy of the text, tables and figures. Substantial changes in content, e.g., new results, corrected values, title and authorship, are not allowed without the approval of the Editor. The author will receive proofs only once. Late return of the proofs will delay the article to a later issue.

Offprints

Authors will receive PDF file of the printed article free of charge. Additional offprints may be ordered from prior to publication.

Sharing and promoting

The article will be published online after receipt of the corrected proofs. This is the official first publication citable with the DOI. After release of the printed version, the paper can also be cited by issue and page numbers.

Sharing your paper is important part of publishing. Sharing research helps you get more visibilty in your field, get cited more and move forward in your career. We encourage our author to promote it and make bigger impact with your research.When writing your paper please pay attention to keywords, they are important for search engine optimization and concisely written keywords can help make your paper more visible and easily discoverable. Share your work online with audience that will take interest in your research.

Copyright

Authors transfer copyright to the publisher as part of a journal publishing agreement, but have the right to:

• Share their article for personal use, internal institutional use and scholarly sharing purposes, with Ele-Math logo and DOI link.
• Retain patent, trademark and other intellectual property rights (including research data).
• Proper attribution and credit for the published work.
